FlyinFish is a brand new way of eating fish. You get a choice of five different courses and can have great fish almost without any work. FlyingFish is fish with herbs and other good ingredients. The course is ready to be served after a moment in the oven or on the barbeque.
All recipes have been developed by gourmet chefs and the food has been prepared by people who know all about the taste of good food. All you have to do is light the barbeque or turn on the oven and provide some accessories for the fish.

Baked-in filets of salmon with truffle and fresh cheese 
Filets of salmon in puff paste, spiced and marinated with red curry, which is a mixture of coriander, curcuma, fenugreek seeds, cumin, fennel, nutmeg, pepper, ginger, chilli, caraway, and filled with truffle and fresh cheese. Serve with grilled asparagus, baked fennel or a good mixed salad with brown bread.
Filets of mackerel in rosemary and tomato
Filets of mackerel with rosemary sprigs, tomato and Provence spice, shallots, parsley, herbs, leek. Perfect for the barbeque, served with new potatoes and a rustic mixed salad.
Pangasius filet with bacon and rosemary
Pangasius filets with a sprig of rosemary wrapped in bacon. Can be heated in the oven or barbequed with good vegetables such as red pepper and fennel. Brown bread will also go well with this course.
Pangasius filet with sesame and coconut
Pangasius filets in a delicious tandoori marinade dipped in light and dark sesame seeds and ground coconut. Serve with grilled vegetables and natural rice.
Filets of sardine with Provence spice
Sardine fillets with the Provence spices garlic, basil, rosemary and thyme. Perfect for the summer barbeque with a salsa of fresh tomatoes, avocado, carrots and other good vegetables. If you have visited the south of Europe, you will know what we mean.
