Rich in everything which is good for you
Before launching Maveglad, we contacted a nutritional expert, Martin Kreutzer, to make sure that Maveglad lived up to our expectations. Martin Kreutzer is a dieting expert in the Danish magazines I Form and Aktiv Træning and runs the consultancy business DISCRETIO.dk.
Martin Kreutzer's evaluation of Maveglad is as follows:
Spicy paella with prawns, chicken, chorizo and olives
The meal has a high content of beta-carotene, vitamin C and iron and is a source of the vitamin B, niacin.
On the whole, the course must be classified as healthy and nourishing, among other things with a fine distribution of fatty acids. I consider the satiety level to be high. The energy contents are low and the distribution of macro nutrients (carbohydrate, fat and protein) is quite close to the best possible.
Satiety score (see definition of satiety score below): 32 of 40.
