Managing Director: Anders P. Christensen
In 1998 Anders opened the first California style sushi restaurant, Sushitarian, in Copenhagen. In 2001 he founded Taste of Tokyo A/S, that has gained the position as Scandinavia's largest supplier of sushi. Today, Taste of Tokyo's sushi kitchen delivers fresh sushi to supermarkets in Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
Anders is a member of the MMV committee under the Confederation of Danish Industry and the advisory committee for sale under Fiskebranchens Oplysningsudvalg.

Quality & Product Development Manager: Annette V. Hansen
Annette was appointed in 2005, is a qualified fishery officer and was previously involved in food and quality control with Fiskeri- og Fødevarekontrollen (the Danish fisheries and food administration). Annette is responsible for quality, food safety and product development, and is also involved in a number of development projects. She is also a member of the ERFA group under Danish Industry and of the Technological Institutes's HACCP ERFA group for quality managers. Administration & Purchasing Manager: Thomas S.
Appointed in 2003. Thomas trained as an accountant at KPMG and has subsequently graduated as a market economist. He did his thesis "Convenience products" for Taste of Tokyo. Today, Thomas's areas of responsibility are IT, finance, administration and purchasing. Thomas is involved in almost everything at Taste of Tokyo regarding the integration of systems.
