In 2002 Anders took the initiative to EPA FOODS A/S. With Anders in charge, EPA FOODS has gained the position as Scandinavia's largest supplier of sushi, and Taste of Tokyo is today available in supermarkets in Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
Anders is a member of the MMV committee under the Confederation of Danish Industry and the advisory committee for sale under Fiskebranchens Oplysningsudvalg.
In addition, Anders is the owner and founder of one of Denmark's first sushi restaurants, Sushitarian, in Copenhagen.

Quality Manager: Annette V. Hansen
Annette was appointed in 2005, is a qualified fishery officer and was previously involved in food and quality control with Fiskeri- og Fødevarekontrollen (the Danish fisheries and food administration). Annette is responsible for quality and food safety and is also involved in a number of development projects. She is also a member of the ERFA group under Danish Industry and of the Technological Institutes's HACCP ERFA group for quality managers. Production Manager: Ibrahim Natafji

Assistant Production Manager: Bjarke Lysgaard

Administration & Purchasing Manager: Thomas S. Olsen
Appointed in 2003. Thomas trained as an accountant at KPMG and has subsequently graduated as a market economist. He did his thesis "Convenience products" for EPA FOODS. Today, Thomas's areas of responsibility are IT, finance, administration and purchasing. Thomas is involved in almost everything at EPA FOODS regarding the integration of systems. Appointed in 2009. Martin is a MSc. (SCM – supply chain management) and is involved in customer contact and sale on the Danish market. Responsible for order processing and logistics.
